At Scovill’s, we specialize in building complex landscapes and outdoor living spaces that include all phases of landscape construction: site development, grading, drainage, planting, hardscape, irrigation installation, landscape lighting, and all outdoor living amenities. To ensure your landscape gets the proper seasonal attention needed, we also offer Spring and Fall maintenance on landscapes installed by Scovill’s. In addition we also provide commercial maintenance and snow removal services.

Landscape Design

With every design crafted, it is our goal to turn your visions into reality. Our process of designing takes immense planning, precision, and patience while thoughtfully considering focal points and customers wants and needs. The project size and complexity will determine the charge of your design plan. Design plans are quoted at the initial site visit. We encourage a 2nd meeting here at our office to review and talk through the design with you. At this time, any changes or revisions to the design can be made based off of your likes and dislikes. Needless to say, we are here to help and educate every step of the way.

All members of the Scovill’s team, from the maintenance crew to the hardscape crew, work together as one to make for a smooth, hassle free, installation process. Each team is equipt with all necessary tooling and expertise to tackle any job put in front of them. It is important to us that each member of our team puts forth strong work ethic and structured involvement, while being responsible representatives for our company throughout the installation process. We received digital renderings of the design work and then we met in person to look at some of the ACTUAL trees and plantings that would be installed on our property. Their field crews are great too. Professional, clean, and very knowledge. This is the company that you want to spend your hard earned money with for your yard and landscaping. Gillian is a great designer, and she and Tyler were courteous and helpful in guiding us to choose plants that would work best for our yard.  They have been attentive to following up to check on the plants and make sure the watering system is working efficiently to keep those plants thriving. Scovill’s prepared an initial conceptual plan, met with us to discuss every aspect of the project, and modified the plans based on our input.  They completed the project on time and on budget.  The new walkway and landscaping revitalized the front of our house, just like we wanted.  Scovill’s was responsive at every step, even when we had questions after they completed the project. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Scovill's Landscaping to replace our existing front walkway, and install landscaping trees. We had a few ideas we wanted to go with, but Tyler took what we said we wanted and made a few suggestions that would make the end product even better! Our current walkway had shifted quite drastically, so they installed a drainage system so that our new walkway would not have that issue. After the major rains we had received from the tropical storm, I could see the water being taken away from the front of the house and walkway...a wise decision indeed. Our walkway is stunning, and we look forward to working with Scovill's in the future. All of the workers are very professional, and you can tell they enjoy working for the company and take a lot of pride in their work. We had a few questions along the way, and they always took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had, as they truly care about making the customer happy!
